Lisanatti Foods wants to make sure your cheese alternatives arrive fresh and delicious. Please review our shipping policy for important details regarding our shipping days and order cutoff times.
- Shipping Days and Cutoff Times
- We ship orders from Monday to Wednesday to ensure prompt delivery.
- To qualify for same-day shipping, please place your order before 1 PM PT from Monday to Wednesday.
- Orders placed after the cutoff time will be shipped on the next shipping day.
2. Order Placement and Shipping Exceptions
- Orders placed before 1 PM PT from Monday to Wednesday will be processed and shipped on the same day, subject to availability and payment verification.
- Orders placed after the 1 PM PT cutoff time from Monday to Wednesday will be shipped on the next shipping day.
- If you place an order after the cutoff time on Wednesday, it will be shipped on the following Monday.
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress and obtain estimated delivery dates on the carrier's website.
