No — our products are not dairy-free.

They are made with milk protein (casein), which comes from dairy.

However, they are lactose-free, so many people who are lactose intolerant can still enjoy them.

If you have a milk allergy, you should avoid our products — but if lactose is your concern, they’re designed for you.

We ship our products refrigerated to keep them safe and fresh during transit.

Orders are packed in an insulated box with cold packs and sent using expedited shipping so they stay below 40°F while traveling to you.

When your order arrives:

  • Refrigerate immediately
  • The products may feel cool (not rock-hard cold) — that’s normal and still safe
  • If they arrive warm, please contact us and we’ll make it right

Because our cheeses are perishable, we currently only ship on select days to prevent packages from sitting in transit over weekends.

Yes — you can freeze our products.

After thawing, they perform the same as fresh and can be used just like normal.

  1. Keep sealed in the original package (or wrap tightly)
  2. Freeze promptly
  3. Thaw slowly in the refrigerator

Once thawed, simply use as you normally would — slicing, shredding, melting, or cooking.

Shipping is a flat rate of $30 per order.
